Contact overview and tracking options
I hope summer's been treating you well! Whether that means taking a break or just enjoying longer days while working on your thing. Around here, we've been busy polishing a couple updates that should make your CRM life a little easier.
š Contact overview
Many of you have been asking for this, and it's finally available. You can now click on a company record, or any contact record and get all the information, about all related contacts, in one place.
Previously, getting the full picture of a company meant bouncing between notes, emails, tasks, and info of related contacts. Kind of a hassle.
Now there's a single page that pulls it all together. Everything about the contact, and all related contacts, in one page. Just click the Contact overview button on the contact page. Here you'll find:
- Every message you've exchanged
- Notes you've written
- Opportunities in play
- Tasks connected to them
- ... and more!
Think of it as a bird's-eye view of the relationship. One glance, no digging.
š Email tracking: now optional
We've also added control over email tracking. You decide if you want to track opens, clicks, both, or nothing at all.
Why? Because fewer tracking pixels often means better deliverability. Sometimes the simplest email is the one that actually gets through. Keep it simple! ā¤ļø
