Logbook, task notes and more!

I'm stoked to let you know what we've been working on recently. Last week we launched the Logbook which gives you a crystal clear overview of all the things that happens in your CRM. We've also added multi-line notes to tasks and some fancy icons to company contacts where we'll use the company logo if there is one for the domain.

āœ… All your activities, in one place

The Logbook shows all your activities in Wobaka. It makes it super easy to stay on top of things. Especially when you're working in a team of people. It's meant to quickly answer questions like:

  • Are there any new contacts, tasks, opportunities or messages?
  • Do I have any new notes on my assigned contacts?
  • What automation did I just start?
  • Did I get assigned any new tasks?
  • Did I bcc that email to the mailbox?

You can filter the Logbook to show only activities related to you, or all activities for your team. It'll show you activities for the past 30 days grouped by today, yesterday, recent (last 7 days) and earlier. All to make it easy to stay on top of things.

šŸ“ Tasks can now have multi-line notes

You can now add notes to your tasks. So you no longer have to create a "Follow up" task and then write a separate note with context. Adding notes to tasks makes it easy to see additional information immeditably without having to look for it in the contact feed.

Wobaka now automagically tries to display logos for company records with a domain or email address. If the company provides one on their website, it'll be shown in Wobaka.

As always, we're always looking to improve things. Nothing is ever done. This is the first version of the Logbook and we're working on making it better and will be adding another exciting feature soon. I'll tell you all about it in our next changelog in a week or two. Stay tuned! āœØ
