Happy New Year! We’ve been busy making Wobaka even better, and we’re excited to share what’s new. From smarter tasks to a little confetti, here’s everything we’ve added to make your experience smoother, faster, and just a little more fun.

✅ Better tasks: smarter, more human

Tasks now group more intuitively based on their due date, so you’ll always know what needs attention right now, this week, this month, or later.

Plus, default due dates are smarter too—they’ll skip weekends because nobody wants a reminder to "follow up" on a Sunday.

💌 Mailbox extensions: supercharged productivity

Your email game just leveled up. Use mailbox extensions like mailbox-address+4wd+done to automagically create a task on the contact with due date in 4 working days, and mark all existing tasks as done.

• Multiple extensions: Now you can use multiple extensions at the same time. Everything just works together.
• New commands: Schedule a task due in 4 workdays with +4wd or save emails only when the contact already exists in your system with +contactsonly.

🎉 Confetti on deal: celebrate your wins

Winning feels good, and now it looks good too. Move an opportunity to the deal stage, and you’ll get a burst of confetti to celebrate 🎉.

✈️ Timezone change alerts

Traveling? We’ve got your back.

If we detect a timezone change, we’ll gently nudge you to update it, so your tasks and schedules stay accurate, no matter where you are.

🚀 Automation endpoint

🍿 Other improvements

You can now try automations during the free trial. You’re allowed to send 3 automations per day, to kick the tires.

We’ve also polished up the searchable select (it’s snappier than ever!) and made a bunch of other small tweaks that we hope you’ll love.
