Do you really have just one plan?
Yes. Unlike other CRM systems we don't have complex pricing tiers, usage limits or long-term contracts. Wobaka is all-inclusive and this will save your lots of money down the road.
Can we import our leads into Wobaka?
Yes! You can use our contact importer. If you need a tailored import, let us know and we'll be happy to help you out. Free of charge.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes! Wobaka is a month-by-month subscription and you're free to cancel at any time. Just hit the cancel button on the billings page.
How do email automations work?
After connecting your email account with SMTP settings you can create powerful automations with sending schedules.
How long time will it take to set up?
You'll be up and running in minutes. If you're not ready to move all your contacts to Wobaka you can still run it on the side of your current system. When you're ready for a full move, we'll be happy to help you out.
How are payments processed?
We process your payment securely using Stripe. It's the same provider used by services like Slack, Lyft and Kickstarter. We do not store or handle your payment information directly.
Can we add our signups to the CRM automatically?
Yes! With just a few lines of code you can add a new signup to Wobaka. Check out our API docs for more info and examples.
Do you offer discount for annual contracts?
Yes! If you pay for a year up front, you'll get two months for free. You can select yearly billing when starting or updating your subscription.
Have your prices gone up?
Maybe. We've raised prices a few times since Wobaka has matured over time. Don't worry though, you'll always get to keep the price you signed up for. This is our way of thanking early adopters who have maintained an active subscription.
