Introducing forms, tailored attributes and more

I'm super excited to let you know that forms are now available. We've also added support for tailoring what attributes are visible on contacts, auto forwarding to the mailbox, and more. Keep reading for more details and head over to Wobaka to check it out.

🥳 Forms, finally here!

Formulaer
Formulaer

We've made our own form builder which allows you to create clean, simple forms that syncs automatically with Wobaka. So you can create for example lead capture forms where contacts are automatically added to your CRM.

It's a separate application, Formulaer and it's totally free to use with Wobaka. Just hook it up with your API key and you're good to go.

Here's a guide with more details on how you can use it with Wobaka.

How to use forms
We have our own form builder app called Formulaer. It’s free for all Wobaka users and allows you to create simple, clean forms that integrates with your CRM. You can, for example create lead capture forms where contacts are automatically added to Wobaka. Create a Formulaer account Head over to

👔 Tailored contact attributes

Tailored attributes

You can now choose which contact attributes you want to see. So if you're not using a particular attribute, you can hide it on all contacts and forms. Just head to Settings > Contact attributes to set it up.

🪄 Experimental: Auto forwarding

You can now setup auto forwarding of incoming emails so all your emails are added to Wobaka. However, my recommendation is still to be selective about what you save to your CRM. I've found adding the mailbox as a contact makes it easy to add relevant emails to Wobaka.

If you're interested in auto forwarding, email me and I'll help you get started.

👀 Cleaner navigation

We've simplified the navigation and moved things like Logout to the settings page instead, giving the layout a cleaner look.

🍂 What's next?

We have some amazing things scheduled for this autumn. Looking forward to share more about it soon.
