How to use forms

We have our own form builder app called Formulaer. It's free for all Wobaka users and allows you to create simple, clean forms that integrates with your CRM. You can, for example create lead capture forms where contacts are automatically added to Wobaka.

Create a Formulaer account

Head over to Formulaer.com and create your account.

Setup your Wobaka integration

Once you've signed up and activated your account, go to Integrations and create a new integration.

Choose Wobaka as service and add your API key. You can find your API here.

Create your first form

In Formulaer, go to Forms and create your first form. Select Wobaka in the integrations list.

When you add new questions, you'll now have the option to map the answer to a Wobaka contact field. Doing so will automatically populate that field when creating the contact.

You're now ready to go. Contacts will be automatically added to Wobaka on new form submissions.
