Automate task reminders with Mailbox actions

Wobaka provides automated tools to help you manage contact-related tasks efficiently, without needing to manually adjust reminders or mark tasks as completed. By using unique email addresses, you can save emails to contacts, set follow-up reminders, or mark all tasks as done in one step.

This actions can be used with both bcc and forwarding.

Your mailbox addresses

You can find your mailbox addresses on the Settings > Mailbox page in the app.

Save emails to contacts

To save an email to a contact's record:

  • Use this email address: Copy the unique email address provided by Wobaka (e.g., [email protected]) and add it to your email's BCC field when communicating with a contact.
  • Forward incoming emails: You can also forward any incoming email to this address to store it in Wobaka.

Wobaka will automatically attach the email to the contact's record. If the contact does not already exist, Wobaka will create it for you.


Save email and create a follow-up reminder

To save an email and automatically schedule a follow-up reminder:

  • Format: Use the following address format to set a reminder, substituting the desired time frame: acme-99+[time][email protected]
  • Example: To set a follow-up reminder for 3 days after the email is saved, use: [email protected]

Wobaka will attach the email to the contact and automatically schedule a reminder for the specified time frame.
